MONTARGE SHOP, located at 13 rue Lafayette, 32600 L'Isle-Jourdain, France, is the controller for processing carried out for PhotoReviva.

PhotoReviva processes account information provided through Clerk, information needed for credit purchases, balances and usage history, contact form messages, and the images or videos needed for requested processing.

Technical data useful for security, abuse prevention and service operation may also be processed, including server logs and rate-limiting identifiers.

Data is used to create and secure the account, provide restoration, colorization and animation tools, manage credits, process payments, answer contact requests, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

PhotoReviva does not sell uploaded photos or account data.

PhotoReviva relies in particular on Clerk for authentication, Neon for the database, Cloudinary and Supabase for storage or delivery of certain files, Replicate for AI processing, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Upstash for abuse limitation and Nodemailer/Gmail for contact messages.

Each provider receives only the data needed for its role.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. PhotoReviva does not store full bank card numbers.

Payment information kept by PhotoReviva is limited to references needed for credit purchase confirmation, accounting follow-up and fraud prevention.

Uploaded files are used to provide the requested result. They may be sent to technical providers required for processing and result hosting.

You must hold the necessary rights to uploaded files, especially when they depict other people.

Data is retained for the periods needed for the service, proof of operations, security and legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account or certain data, subject to information PhotoReviva must keep to comply with its obligations.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Where necessary, PhotoReviva relies on safeguards provided by applicable regulations.

PhotoReviva uses cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, security and service operation.

Security measures aim to limit unauthorized access, abuse and excessive automated use.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data under the conditions provided by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
